
TV can also make us fat. This is the example: Stue love to watch television. He also like to eat snacks, especially sweeties, while he watching TV. If Stue do it as a routine, one year or one month or even one week his weight wll be boosted a little. Or greatly boosted if he eats sweeties much. So, if you don't want to make your body fat. Don't watching TV while you eat some snacks or sweeties. Because that's not good for your health too. You better play some sports game, or maybe just take a walk outside if you feel lazy. Or maybe you can jogging and riding your bike in the afternoon!. That's much better than just watch your favorite cartoon while eating your snacks.
