Stay up all night

Do you usually stay up all night for watching football match? or maybe the other programme of your favorite channel? Don't do it!. It's not good for your health. I know, you've already know that. But are you still at your habbit? stay up all the night?. I think, that's okay if we want to watch football match or else in the night. But i have an advice. If you want to stay up all night, just sleep early in the afternoon, or morning. So, you still have energy for your activity tomorrow. Or, better you watch the repeating presentation in the morning and afternoon. It's much better than you watch TV all the night.

TV and Obesity


TV can also make us fat. This is the example: Stue love to watch television. He also like to eat snacks, especially sweeties, while he watching TV. If Stue do it as a routine, one year or one month or even one week his weight wll be boosted a little. Or greatly boosted if he eats sweeties much. So, if you don't want to make your body fat. Don't watching TV while you eat some snacks or sweeties. Because that's not good for your health too. You better play some sports game, or maybe just take a walk outside if you feel lazy. Or maybe you can jogging and riding your bike in the afternoon!. That's much better than just watch your favorite cartoon while eating your snacks.

Turn off your TV!

TV can be a refreshing friends for our spare time. TV also can bea teacher with all of its information. But remember, if the program is out of control television can be a dangerous for us. Especially, for children. Don't let the children especially in golden age, watch the TV all day. Actually, the maximum time for watching TV is 2-3 ours. 1-5 years old children have to play or do interaction with their parents. They have to play outside to see the green of the world, not inside with the TV. They need love, not violence or the other bad things that showed on TV. So, my request are please over see your kids when they're wacthing TV and control their time to watch it. Or if you can't do those things, turn off your TV!.
